Each session will be uniquely tailored to your body and spirit. Your practitioner will use a variety of tools to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal. Sound Healing reduces and eliminates anxiety in the body at a cellular level. A session can incorporate aromatherapy, earth charged crystals, singing bowls, tuning forks, still point holds, and gentle touch. Can be added on to a massage, or booked as a stand alone service.
