Frequently asked questions
Gift Cards are available for any dollar amount and can be used for any service or product. Gift cards are not refundable if lost and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. In order to redeem your Gift card you MUST present it at the time of redemption. When ordering online, please be sure to include the recipient’s first and last name. If it is going to a physical address, please include that as well.
Spa services are available by appointment. We require a credit card to secure your reservation. Please schedule your appointments in advance. While we love to accommodate walk-ins we cannot guarantee availability. Late arrival can and will shorten your appointment time depending on our schedule.
To avoid any charges, please honor our 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. Group reservations require 72 hours notice. “No-Shows” will result in a charge of the full amount of the booked services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the booked services.
New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service to fill out necessary paperwork.
PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and traveler’s checks. Prices do not include gratuity; however, your personal recommendation of Elements Spa is all the gift we need. Gratuities are left to your discretion. Please let us know if a gratuity is to be added to your service before check-out is complete.
SPECIAL NEEDS & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities.
AGE REQUIREMENTS/SPA ETIQUETTE
Guests must be 18 years of age. Guest’s under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian’s approval. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the Spa Facility. We thank you in advance for your consideration of other guests. Please silence your cell phones and other electronic devices upon arrival. Inside voices are appreciated while in the spa.
Elements Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal, financial and medical information confidential. Credit cards are not kept in our system files.
