MYOFASCIAL
release
A specific and targeted approach akin to trigger point therapy, which deeply releases chronic holding patterns, tight knots, and misalignments in the fascial tissue of the body. While this service is not necessarily soothing in the moment (though it can be!), you will experience profound and lasting shifts in body alignment and stress relief for weeks afterwards. This service is offered by a skilled and trained practitioner in this field of bodywork.
SPORTS
massage
Sports massage therapy is a more focused deep tissue massage directed at specific areas of the body. It uses a combination of deep and light modalities with stretching to loosen muscle knots, improve blood flow, and prevent lactic acid buildup.
HOT STONE

A Swedish massage using heated basalt stones that will induce deep relaxation for the whole body. An infusion of warmth spreads throughout your muscles that casues the tension to melt away in your body and takes your mind to a blissful place.
ENERGY BALANCING

An enhancement of the standard Elements Massage to include energetic balancing guided by a skilled Reiki practitioner. We may incorporate incense, aromatherapy, crystal medicine, and singing bowls, based on what your body and spirit is needing to balance and steady.

Specifically designed for expectant mothers, after the first Trimester. Your therapist will offer soothing relief to tight shoulders, lower back, legs, hands, and feet while you relax in a side lying position propped up by body pillows. Therapeutic and beneficial to both mama and baby!

Massage
Appropriate for infants, children and teens (under eighteen). Our certified pediatric massage therapist supports your child's growing body with gentle adjustments of myofascia and tissue from the cranium to the sacrum. Children are not required to lay still for this one. But they will emerge more relaxed, vibrant, and connected within their body and nervous system.

Release
A short and powerful myofascial release service curated for those on the go.
