About the event
A Native-American Cherokee Style Sweat Lodge led by Medicine Woman Patty Young of Heartsong Retreat Center. The day includes a prayer and meditation circle, small group sweats inside a traditional sweat lodge, vegetarian meal, acupuncture to ground your energy after the fire pilgrimage, and free roaming access to beautiful grounds with horses to pet and swimming holes to climb in alongside Dupont Forest's Canyon Creek.
